Our staff at BTI Pratt is devoted to providing top-notch service alongside superior products. Since buying the store in July 2007, BTI has nearly doubled the staff size in Pratt. That includes six new service technicians to assist our customers. We hired native Cody Dick in 2007, who brings years of experience from John Deere after serving as the head of front end equipment for harvesters and extensive knowledge of the area.
